Experienced in the measurement, modelling, impact evaluation and control of noise, vibration dust and air pollution from transportation, mineral extraction, industry, construction, military and leisure activities.
 

Michael Forsdyke is Managing Director of AcousticAir and has more than 25 years experience as an Environmental Consultant specialising in noise, vibration and air quality. He has presented expert evidence at more than 60 hearings encompassing Public Inquiries, Law Courts and House of Lords Select Committee, and has prepared numerous technical reports. He represented London Underground at the first rail scheme inquiry under the Transport and Works Act 1992 and represented the Northumberland National Park Authority and the County Council at the Public Inquiry into the MoD's proposed firing of AS90 and MLRS at the Otterburn Training Area. He has been awarded a PhD research degree for his work on the 'Assessment of noise effects on sensitive animal communities'.
